WEILIANG YBS Tumbler Screen
Welliang YBS tumbler screening machine generates three- dimensional elliptical movement that enables screening of fine & ultra-fine particles with high efficiency. Because of its unique design, high life time utility, and the flexible angular velocity that the tumbler screener can achieve, especially well-suited to the fine and extremely fine screening of dry bulk materials and precise grading with up to 6 size ranges. It is widely applied in various industries, such as food, ceramics, plastics, mining, pharmacy, wood, plywood, metallurgy, rubber, feed, fertilizer, recycling industry etc.

Details and Advantages
Principle of YBS
The product is continuously fed into the centre of the top screen, from where it spreads out evenly to the outside across the entire screening surface. The finer products fall through the screen near the center and the coarser products successively move to the periphery. The material moves ina spiral pattern with increasing acceleration of the particles the further they are from the centre, with the result that even those particles which are almost the same size as the screen mesh are screened. All the separated fractions are discharged through the lateral outlets. The screening process is repeated again and again on each layer.
