1. Material
Our material is high quality Basswood / Birch plywood.
You can check the picture on the left , Basswood /Birch plywood surface is very perfect, with clear wood grain, good feeling tough, less glitch without obvious wood knots
Poplar plywood surface is rough, more glitch, shows poor quality .
Most suppliers to control the cost, will use the poplar plywood, but they don't tell you what they use is poplar plywood.
we pay more attention to the quality, so will keep each process quality.
2.Custom packaging is welcomed.
Heat Shrink + Plain Instruction or Booklet + Custom Color Box. If you have other new ideas, let us know freely.
3. Professional and high level laser cutting technology
3D puzzles has very strict requirements for laser cutting, if the tolerance is big, the puzzle will be imperfect !
4. Good control of the plywood thickness
For example, for 3 mm thickness , in the market, the actual thickness is 2.7-3.2 mm, there has big tolerance, if so, will result in the puzzles too tight or too loose, it will make the customers have bad experience.
we have good ways to control the tolerance to keep them less than +-0.1 mm.
5. Delivery on time
