Description
Hydrophilic fumed silica
Product Description
Fumed silica, also known as fumed silica, is an extremely fine nano amorphous silica with small particle size, uniform particle size distribution, large specific surface area and high surface activity. Hydrophilic fumed silica is soluble in water.
Hydrophobic fumed silica is a modified product obtained by surface treatment of hydrophilic fumed silica. Hydrophobic fumed silica is insoluble in water. The modifiers used by the company include hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS), polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and dimethyldichlorosilane (DDS).
LXHL200 is hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area around 200 m2/g.
