The plugging and grouting hole packer FKSM-83/6 (Patent Certificate No: 1605119) is used together with our Bangtian mining hole sealing materials.

Inflatable packer features:

1. All materials of the hole packer are inflaming retarding and antistatic and meet related national standards.

2. The high elasticity and tightness of rubber is utilized, so that the hole packer is applicable to irregular holes and better sealing performance can be realized especially in soft coal seams.

3. The rubber surface is processed by adopting special technologies, so that excess water will be extracted and grout will not flow out.

4. By using the hole packer's characteristics of high resistance to pressure, it may be used to realize high-pressure grouting on coal body, so that the grout can enter the gaps between coal seam and thus ensure the quality of hole sealing.

5. The hole sealing length may be designed at will.

6. It is applicable to all types of coal seams, whether soft or hard.

7. After boring is completed, the hole may be pre-sealed by using water pressure in the mine and then sealed by injecting grout. 

8. It is easy to operate and can complete the hole sealing operation at one attempt.

Inflatable packer Working Principles: 

The hole packer is connected to the grout injection pump, so that the hole sealing materials can enter the front and rear hole packer. Due to the effect of the check valve, grout can flow through the front and rear hole packers, and driven by the pressure (4Mpa) at the explosion relief valve, the expansion runner hose at both ends of the hole packer expands and fix the hole packer securely to the hole walls by the frictional force produced by the rubber materials. Then the hole packer can seal both ends of the hole. The explosion relief valve ruptures, so that grout flows through the explosion relief valve and fills the space between two hole packers, to realize hole sealing under pressure (1-3Mpa). A gas drainage hose is then connected to the gas drainage pipeline to drain the gas.
