1. pH range: valid pH range is pH5.5-7.0, optimal pH is 6.0, under pH5.0 inactivation serious.
2.Temperature range: valid temperature is 30-80℃, optimal temperature is 60℃.
3. The influence of metal ions on enzyme activity:Ca2+ can improve the stability of the enzymn, enzyme activity will disappear without Ca2+, Mn2+,Mg2+have obvious promoting effect on enzyme activity.

Solid: Appearance: Yellow Powder
Granular: More than 80% pass through standard sieve of 40 meshes
