Description
OPTICAL BRIGHTENER OB
i. Introduction
Optical brightener agent OBA is widely used for whitening of thermoplastic, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polymethyl methacrylate, ABS, acetate fiber, varnish, white enamel, UV-curable coating, printing ink, etc. It can also be used for whitening of wax, fat, oil, foam artificial leather, sheet, household electrical appliances, packaging materials, etc.
OB is used for whitening of polymer to reach high brightness. At the same time , it can be used for printing inks to make special marks.

Solubility: It is insoluble in water, but soluble in ordinary organic solvents , such as alkanes, fats, mineral oils, waxes.
Appearance: Light yellow or milk white powderM
