Includes glass bottles, plastic bottles and bags.After depilation and impurity removal, the pickled ginger are sorted manually again.Then ginger is cutted into thin slices by automatic machine.Next the ginger slices are blanched and instantly cooled to increase the crispness and reduce the spiciness.After passing bleaching and desalting machine the excessive salt in the ginger slices is gradually removed and the taste can be more delicate.After draining the ginger slices will be automatically filled and mixed with liquid.In the preparation of liquid, we adopt the method of "compounded by one person,double-checked by another" to strictly control CCP points and comply with the national limits of different countries.In the packaging stage the automatic machine can accurately put the liquid automatically and sealing at the processing speed of 2000 bags per hour.The inspection for sushi ginger is a very important and strict process.The finish products should pass metal detector X-ray machine and automatic weighing machine.The qualified products will be packed and stored automatically.All the products will be classified and labeled exactly.It has developed more than 100 new products and applied for 24 patents.To meet foreign high-end market demand,We have Independent mini packaging workshop,with 25 machines and 35 workers.We can produce 100 containers of mini package per year.We have set up initial cross and routing inspection systems to ensure the operation of the quality system.The company actively responds to the national environmental protection policy and the production plant has a large scale environmental protection facility which operates 24 hours a day.We can also supply roasted seaweed, wasabi powder, bamboo chopsticks, soy sauce and other sushi products.We promote harmonious co-existence and sustainable development with the surrounding people and environment which wins the trust of customers.
