Introduction:

* The optimizer uses a unique software algorithm that can track the maximum powerpoint of a single module in real time. The user can choose different types of products according to the actual operating conditions of the solar panel system to solve the problem of occlusion or component electrical specifications. Differences caused by the reduction of solar panel system power generation, to achieve the maximum power output of a single module and online monitoring, improve system efficiency.

Step 1:
Before installing the optimizer, make sure that the inverter is shut down and disconnect the inverter from the solar panel.

Step 2:
Screw installation Buckle installation



Place the optimizer into the solar panel frame in the direction shown in the figure, align the mounting screw hole with the mounting hole of the panel frame, and tighten the screws. Confirm that the optimizer is firmly fixed and the installation is complete.
Install the optimizer on the frame of the solar panel through a clip, and install the clip completely into the frame.

Step 3. Input line connection

1. The set of lines marked “+IN-” in the optimizer shell is the input line (a shorter pair of lines), which is connected to the output terminal of the solar panel (PV+, PV-).
2. The positive output (PV+) connector of the solar panel is connected to the positive input (IN+) connector of the optimizer.
3. The negative output (PV-) connector of the solar panel is connected to the negative input (IN-) connector of the optimizer.
4. And confirm that the joint is firmly connected.




Step 4: The output line is connected to form a string

1. After the input line is connected, connect the output lines of the optimizer in series in turn.
2. Connect the positive output (OUT+) connector of the first optimizer in the string to the negative output (OUT-) connector of the second optimizer in the string; repeat the above actions until the string connection is completed.




Step 5: String integrated inverter

After confirming that the entire string is connected correctly, the string is incorporated into the post-stage inverter or combiner box.

Step 6:

Inverter turned on After confirming that the system connection is correct, turn on the inverter.
