1)Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A:Bada is a manufacturing plant of handmade soap and baby products, which originated in 1983. The plant covers an area of 23000m³, 100000 level cosmetics workshop
2)Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Foshan Guangdong,1 hour away from Guangzhou airport. You could come and visit me by metro or taxi directly.
3) Q: Can you do OEM/ODM?
A: Yes, we are a factory specialized in OEM/ODM customization. You can choose a variety of materials and designs according to your needs.
4) Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
5) Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: All suppliers said he would offer good quality to every clients, but if the procedures of any actions was wrong may lead to the bad quality.
1) A professional sales person of knowing the production flow and manufacturing technique is very important to offer good suggestion to the clients, and who should be with patience to communicate with clients, answer the questions from them in time, to get the clear quality requirements. Understanding of clients' quality requirements is a most importance issue to insure our products to meet their needs.
2) Sampling. make the real samples for clients according to the quality requirement and approved design from them.
