A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 1980.

 2.Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit ? 

A: Our factory is located in Kaiping, Guangdong. 2 hours near Guangzhou,You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.

 3.Q: What is your delivery time?

A: In general, within 20 days. It also depends on the order quantity.

4.Q: What is the term of payment?

A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T or L/C before delivery.

5.Q: Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?

A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order.

6.What is your packing way?

Bulk packing is carton, then on pallet or wooden boxes directly, or customizable packaging .

8. Q: What's the MOQ?

A:Normally we take the order no matter it's big or small. If your qty is less than 5pcs per SKU, we will arrange it in our sample room specially.
