Coated With PTFE

PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is made of suspended PTFE emulsion (commonly known as plastic king) as raw material and impregnated
with high performance fiberglass fabric. It is a high performance, multi-purpose composite material.
Main specifications:
Thickness: 0.06-1.0mm;
Structure of basal fabric: plain, twill, satin, etc.
Width: 1000-4200mm;
Color: brown, white, black, etc.
Way of coating: double faced coating, single face coating, air permeable coating, anti-static coating.




Features
1. Weather resistance: anti-aging, it can be used between low temperature -60℃ and high
temperature 300℃ ;After leave the fabric under the temperature of 250 ℃ for 200 days, the strength and weight of fabric keeps same ; leave it at 350℃ high temperature for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by about 0.6%; Also it will not crack at -180 ℃ ,and meanwhile it maintains the original softness.
2. Anti-adhesive: not adhere to any substance, easy clean, the adhesive material can be easily
removed;
3. Chemical resistant,corrosion resistant to most pharmaceutical items ; anti-aging and anti-deformed in acid, alkali, aqua Regia and other organic solvents.
4. Low coefficient of friction (0.05-0.1), the best choice of self-lubricating without oil.
5. electrical insulation , dielectric constant: 2.6 ; dielectric loss tangent below 0.0025.
6. Good mechanical properties ,good dimensional stability, high strength.
7. Microwave-resistant, high-frequency, infrared anti-purple, anti-static.
8. Fire retardant, non-toxic.
Applications
1. Anti-sticky lining, pads and conveyor belts; can be used as conveyor belt, adhesive tape, sealing tape
for various of drying machine
2. Plastics Welding: welding cloth ,lining sheet.
3. High electrical insulation: electrical insulation tape base, spacers, gaskets, collars, high frequency CCL
4. High heat-resistant cladding: laminated substrate, heat insulation wrap cloth .
5. oven sheet, conveyor belt for food drying, heat sealing, frozen food.
6. Adhesive tape, hot printing tablecloth, carpet adhesive conveyor belt, release fabric.
