High Mushroom Substrate Sterilization Autoclave
1. Product structure
Structural features：Advanced technology, superior performance, simple operation and reliable operation
The steam sterilizer for edible fungus culture medium of motor door series adopts advanced manufacturing technology. It is mainly composed of cylinder body, gate, pipeline system, control system and decoration parts.
Cylinder block and gate：
The cylinder block is designed and manufactured according to the national standard gb-150 steel pressure vessel and Technical Supervision Regulation for pressure vessel. It is made of 10mm Q345R boiler steel plate and has a rectangular structure. The inner surface of cylinder block and gate is treated by sand spraying and high temperature paint spraying, which is corrosion resistant. There is a standard overpressure relief valve on the cylinder block, which ensures the safety of the cylinder block.
Piping system：
It is mainly composed of pneumatic valve, vacuum pump, pipeline and other auxiliary pipe fittings. Pneumatic valve control wiring is simple, reliable, stable action, to avoid the electromagnetic valve due to residual magnetism, magnetic chaos caused by the open, close not dead phenomenon.
Control system：
The color touch screen and Siemens S7-200 series industrial programmable controller are the main controllers, which are
shockproof, moisture-proof, anti electromagnetic interference, stable performance and reliable operation. Advanced control software and digital processing of sterilization temperature make sterilization timing scientific and reasonable and ensure sterilization effect reliably. The inputable color touch screen can display temperature, pressure and time directly during operation, and can input product name, batch number, operator, etc. according to customer requirements. The whole travel parameter data is stored in the touch screen with memory, and can be exported by U disk or printed by micro printer (optional).
