How long is your guarantee?
Our guarantee is 1 year. One machine consists of components such as PLC, servo motors, moter drivers, sensors, cameras, lenses, light sources, etc. All these components are made of famous brands, such as Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Keyence, Basler, and so on. So, our machines are reliable and our quality is guaranteed.
What is the lead time?
The lead time (L/T) depends on the inspection requirements. If the parts are simple and there's only a few items should be inspected, the L/T will be shorter; but if the structure is complicated and many parameters to be checked, the lead time will be longer. For common type bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, pins, washers, fittings, bearings, etc., the L/T is about 30 working days.
What is the accuracy?
The accuracy we can achieve is 0.01mm, or even higher. With high resolution industrial cameras range from 1.3MP to 25MP, and self-developed softwares, we can inspect very tiny flaws, such as the thread gouge, flange crack, etc.
What is the inspection speed?
The maximum speed we can achieve is 1200pcs/min. The speed largely depends on the size and structure of the parts to be inspected. Usually, the smaller the size, the higher the speed; the more complicated the structure, the lower the speed.
How can the machines save manufacturing cost?
One case is that one machine we developed for the customer saved 5 to 6 operators. The labour cost of these operators in one year is about 2 times of the machine's price.
How can you make correct judgement?
Our machines make judgement according to user defined accept/reject criteria, and the judgement is objective and consistent. With AI deep learning algorithm, we can achieve zero misjudgement.
Can the machine work properly in our country?
The answer is almost always "Yes". The machines accept power supply range from 100V~220V, with 50/60Hz, and the plug can be modified to meet the electrical standard in your country. So our machines can work properly in nearly all the countries worldwide.
How can you help me for installation and maintainence?
We can provide the AR glasses with self-developed software. Once the operator put on the AR glasses, the remote expert can have real-time on-site scene. With two hands free, the operator can take tasks according to the suggestion of remote experts.
