Yes, we welcome our customers to test our sample first before bulk order and we will refund the sample charge to you in MP orders.

Usually 1-3 days if we have samples in stock.

Usually between 25-35 days depending on the order qty.

5.     How to proceed an bulk order?

Firstly, you input your detailed requirement of the order such as Qty needed technical specs, packaging requirement etc.Then we quote accurate price according to those conditions. Lastly you arrange the deposit and we start production preparation.

6.     How do you ship the cargos and how long does it take to arrive?

For samples usually we ship by Ali-Logistics, DHL, Fedex, UPS or any of your designated forwarders. The sample usually arrive 3-7 days depending on the destination distance.

For bulk orders usually by sea shipment with your designated forwarder. Or we can arrange booking at your request because we have long term and good cooperation with many forwarders who can offer good freight.

Yes OEM/ODM is welcome by our company and we can even develop new product at your requirement.
