The sample is free if item available materials, our customer just bear the shipping cost.

Sample cost would be charged for custom design but can be refundable in mass order if order value match.

Q4: Payment

For mass order, we suggest T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance.

For sample order or small value, we suggest Paypal or Western Union.

Q5: Delivery time

Sample time:1 day if available materials, 3~5days for custom design.

Mass order:14~18days for quantity less than 1000pcs;

                   18~21days for quantity less than 100,000pcs.

Q6: Shipment

Customer pointed forwarder is ok and welcome.

Our recommended shipping way is Shenzhen--Hong Kong--Abroad, which be available the best freight cost.

For large quantity, by air or sea can be considerable.
