Q: Can I have a sample?                                                                                                                                    

A: Yes, we are glad to send you sample to check the quality. If you need a sample of your own design, it will charge sample cost which can be refund when you confirm the order.

Q: How long will the sample time?                                                                                                                   

A: Normally in 3-5 days.

Q: How about your MOQ?                                                                                                                                   

A: Our MOQ is 1000pcs for single product. But we also accept small order of our inventory products. 

Q: How about your mass production time?                                                                                                     

A: About 25-30 days after receipt deposit payment. The exact lead time depends on the amount of products. 

Q: How about the payment term?                                                                                                                      

A: 1) Sample order: 100% to be paid in advance by T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance order.

    2)Bulk order: 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L by T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance order.

Q:  What is the courier?                                                                                                                                     

A: 1)By sea or By express, such as TNT, UPS, Fedex, DHL, Aramex, etc.

    2)Accept your forwarder.
