JAB-920 SERIES HIGH SPEED AIR JET LOOMS
This 910 series air jet loom is one of our company hot sales products, have advantages of high speed , low energy consumption , wider application of fabrics etc , it can be equipped cam motion , electronic dobby , also can be crank shedding with plain designs . Adopt advanced electronic control system ,10 inch touch screen , can show looms status , error reason analyse , parameters setting on the screen ,easy for operations.


FEATURES AT A GLANCE


Adopt advanced electronic control system , cpu (high speed arm processor) based program with main control cpu 64 bit/150 mhz processor. 10"touch screen interactive display software system , language can be English/Chinese/Russia /Turkish.
it's with USB interface ,can input all the parameters to other looms, and monitor the running situation of machines , thus increased the looms working efficiency and fabric quality .


Sub nozzles control by solenoid valves directly connect with sub air tank (separate air compartments controlled by individual
pressure control regulators to ensure minimum utilization of compressed air). Solenoid valve (smc, japan). (the tank have bottom reserve air tank to accommodate more volume of air to control pressure drop)


Main shaft drive motor will be installed on the machines ,as per the market investigation, it can save 15%-25% electricity comparing to common motor ,especially for the fabrics which consume the high electricity . Another advantage is X-motor maintenance is very low .
