CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machining is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery. Using this type of machine versus manual machining can result in improved accuracy, increased production speeds, enhanced safety, increased efficiency.
Integral Separation Technique
Use eco-friendly odorless glue to glue 6 pieces of wood together into a sealed and indivisible box, then polish it, cut the one-piece box into two parts with chainsaw, one is the body of the box and the other is the lid.
Compared to competitors making the box body and the lid separately, our Integral Separation Technique make sure the lid fits perfectly into the body of the box.
