The production flow of the plastic injection parts as below:

1) After you confirm the order, we will send you the mold design/DFM in PPT format to show the details like injection gate, ejector pin marks, parting line and etc., to make sure you will receive the product as good as
expected.

2) With your approval about the mold design, then it takes us about 30 days to produce the mold. Then we will send you the samples
to check and confirm.

3) With your confirmation of the samples, we will arrange the mass production, it takes about 20-25 days.
