1. The high-rigidity frame design is made of steel plate welding, and the stability of the accuracy of the whole machine is increased through the process of reducing internal stress. 2. For the relative stability of the machine operation, the design method of two symmetrical balancer devices is adopted. 3. Crankshafts, gear sets, connecting rods and other components have high comprehensive performance and durability after hard oxidation and grinding. 4. The clutch/brake device, double electromagnetic valve and overload protection device are used to achieve the operation and stop of the slider of the press.
