A:Customized Logo and Label/Packing are accepted, you can send the profile to us or let us designfor you. Contact us to discuss more, we will do our best in every detail.
Q:Can I get free samples and what is your sample time and lead time?
A:We can send you 1pcs free sample to you if we have it in stock with freight collect, if not, we can make sample according to your design and request. Normally sample charge is three times cost as unit price and will be refundable after order confirmed.Sample time is 7 days ,lead time is 40-45 days which depends on qty.
Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your product ?
A:1) Before mass production, we will provide samples for courier confirmation or photo confirmation via email.
2) After production,we have our own professional quality inspector to help you check the goods. Before shipment, you can hire a professional inspection agency to inspect the goods.
