1.Q: How is your GAS SPRING Quality? Do you have any Quality Assurance to it?
A: We are specialized in gas spring Design and Making. We have CE&RoHS Certificates, SGS PAHs Test and some patents to gas spring. All the products will be checked closely by our professional QC Department before delivery. No missing or wrong delivery butperfect package and right sent.
2. Q: How long should I wait for the products to come?
A: It mostly depends on your Quantity. Usually we have some in stock and we prepare it within 7 working days upon the receipt of your money. With larger Quantity (>1000 sets), we would need some more days to prepare. And as soon as the products are ready, we would take photos to you for confirmation and then send by air or sea. Usually there are 7 days by air and 20 days by sea.
3. Q: How to choose a suitable gas spring?
A: If you don’t know about gas spring or have product drawing, you can tell us you requirements. Our engineers will design a suitable one according to those requirements.
4. Q: Can you print our self-designed logo or our company logo onto the products?
A: We welcome you to customize gas spring. OEM service is available, our factory has the logo laser machine, you need to provide the proof of logo ownership as well as logo drawings, we don’t copy other brand products. Also the package can be designed too.
