High consistency hydraulic refiner is one of the equipment used in deinking and pulping of waste paper. Its function is not only to break waste paper into pulp, but also to make the pulp fiber generate friction during the rotation of the rotor, so that the printing ink falls off from the fiber surface through the effect of chemicals, so as to achieve the purpose of reusing the pulp.







Regarding to disc refiner,
Pulping machine disc refiner in Paper Production Line is suitable for continuous refining of wood pulp, the pulp consistency is 2%-5%, it’s the ideal equipment for fine pulp beating.
