Mainly used as a discharging agent, color-discharging agent, reductant in printing a dyeing industry.
Also used as an activating agent for the production of styrene-butadiene rubber and synthetic resin.
Also used to decolorize and bleach some organic matters, for example: as a bleaching agent in synthetic
rubber, sugar-making, and food industry.
Substituted for Sodium Hydrosulfite in some special cases.
