Description

The EW-20S-3 is a semi-automatic wind & tie machine with count meter wheel to produce wire coils according to customers’ ideal ID and width (height).

1. The machine is suitable for max. 15 kg finished coils.

2. Custom winding plate and tooling set according to coil ID and width.

3. High precision count meter wheel with 1 mm increment setup in program

4. Optional structure to directly wind wires on customers’ own drums or spools.

5. Optional tying unit for 8-30/18-45/40-80 mm OD.

6. Each roll of tying wire can be used 5000 - 8000 times according to tying diameter.

7. Fast winding speed up to 8 circles/s.

8. Fast tying speed of 0.7 s/time.
