seat/lounge is elaborately carved out, and meticulously polished.
- high quality gel-coat is used, highly resistant to high temperature. It features smooth surface finish & texture, and exceptional durability;
- extra fiberglass reinforcement is applied, for better structural strength;
- professional specialty resin & rigidizing agent, make our mould perfect bonding capability, high temperature resistant;
- during the process of mould construction, manual work with carefulness & greatest attention is involved, no automation.
- the process of the sanding & surface optimization is quite time-consuming, so it will take long time to refine the mould. We don't cut corners, on neither materials or hand-made process.
- perfect mould is the guarantee of a perfect product.

Construction Process: ( plaster mould - transition mould - final mould)
