FRP cooling tower is corrosion-resistant, high strength, light weight, small size, small footprint, beautiful and durable, and it is convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance. Therefore, it is widely used in various sectors of the national economy, and is especially suitable for cooling water circulation systems such as air conditioners, refrigeration, air compressor stations, heating furnaces, and condensation processes.

The circular counter-flow FRP cooling tower adopts counter-flow air heat exchange technology, and the filler is made of high-quality modified polyvinyl chloride wave plate to spread the water spray area; through the rotating water distribution method, the water distribution is uniform and the cooling effect is enhanced. Our factory has partially improved the shape design of this series of products to make it more reliable, durable and easy to assemble.

Structure
(1) Tower body: reasonable shape, stable airflow, excellent material, bright colors, surface gel coat resin contains anti-ultraviolet agent, aging resistance, high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance. According to the order requirements, the lower tower body can be equipped with overflow, sewage, and automatic water supply pipes. Water can be directly absorbed from here, saving the cooling pool. It is equipped with anti-noise and muffler pads to effectively reduce the sound of dripping water.
(2) Filler: Modified polyvinyl chloride wave plate is used, with convex ribs added in the transverse direction, strong water redistribution ability, small resistance, good thermal performance, high temperature resistance of 70 degrees, low temperature of -50 degrees, and good flame retardancy.
(3) Rotary water distributor and water distribution pipe: equipped with stainless steel ball bearings, flexible and reliable operation, low water head, uniform water distribution, water distribution pipe made of aluminum alloy or glass fiber reinforced plastic, and water collecting plate installed on the pipe to overcome floating water Phenomenon.
(4) Fan: low-noise, high-efficiency fan designed by the Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University according to a series of cooling tower parameters, aluminum alloy plate airfoil or glass fiber reinforced plastic blade, low noise and high efficiency.
(5) Motor: Based on the installation dimensions of the Y-type series, the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University is a low-noise, energy-saving motor designed for cooling towers, with good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, and low noise.
(6) Speed reduction device: Polyester fiber reinforced neoprene power belt transmission is adopted, which is high temperature resistant, high efficiency, does not stretch when exposed to water, overcomes slipping phenomenon, and has low noise.
(7) Sound-absorbing facilities: The ultra-low-noise cooling tower adds a shield with sound-absorbing materials outside the air inlet, and is equipped with sound-absorbing grids on the upper and lower parts to achieve the greatest noise reduction effect. The bell mouth shield and sound-absorbing grille with sound-absorbing material are installed at the air outlet of the upper tower body, which reduces the noise from the fan and motor.
(8) Air intake window: equipped with glass fiber reinforced plastic louvers to reduce floating water and small airflow resistance, especially suitable for northern regions and units that need to use cooling towers throughout the year.
(9) Brackets: Steel brackets for all fans, fillers, air intake windows, towers, etc. are assembled, galvanized or painted for corrosion protection. Fasteners are galvanized or stainless steel bolts.
