Shot blasting chamber
The shot blasting chamber welding structure is composed of chamber shell, chamber roof and indoor protection, the bottom surface of the chamber shell is connected with bullets, welded on four sides of the chamber shell, and connected with the turret mechanism support, The chamber wall and top are connected with bolts, the interior is protected by rubber protection plate, and the top is fixed with shot blasting device.

Abrasive circulation and purification system

Rotary tables system
The rotary table is installed inside the chamber shell, and its rotation is driven by a sprocket, it is made of flat steel welded into a mesh disc, and a rubber plate with holes is laid on the surface to withstand the wear and tear of projectiles and prevent large pieces of material from falling into the chassis.
When the impeller of the shot blasting machine rotates at a high speed, it is driven by the shot splitter wheel to rotate, and is thrown out of the directional sleeve window. After being accelerated by the blade, it is thrown to the workpiece to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
Dust removal system
The dusty airflow generated during the operation of the shot blasting machine enters the dust remover through the connecting pipe. After the dusty airflow passes through the dust remover housing, the wind speed decreases, large particles of dust settle in the ash hopper, and the airflow with small particles of dust enters the dust remover through the dust-removing bag, it conforms to national environmental protection standards.
