1-Integral fully enclosed protection, durable, stable operation,low noise, superior tosimilar products in waterproofing, oilproofing, dustproofing and safety performance
2-X and Z axis servo motors are directly connected by flexible couplings to highprecision ball screw. High precision and fixed ends of screw improve the supportrigidity of bearing seats, minimizing the deformation of screw caused by frequencyhigh-speed positioning and heavy-duty cutting.60-degree angular contact pairedhigh-precision bearings specific to high-quality screw are adopted.
3-The machine with electrical cabinet has good sealing performance,and use theheat exchanger to ensure the normal operation under the high temperature and highhumidity environment.
4-Chip conveyor has the advantages of smooth chip removal, small dimension, highefficiency, stable delivery, small contrast, and overload protection, etc.
