Main structureThe main structure of the equipment is composed of upper roller device and pressing device, lower roller device, main transmission device, tipping device, left and right frame and base. 1. Upper roller device and pressing device The upper roller device consists of an upper roller, an upper roller bearing seat, etc. The upper roller is made of 45# steel, heat-treated HRC48-52, and the bearing seats at both ends of the upper roller are equipped with sliding bearings. The pressing device is powered by the auxiliary motor, and the torque is mechanically transmitted through the reducer, the worm gear and the screw nut to drive the upper roller to move up and down. Worm material is ductile iron. 2. Lower roller device The lower roller device is composed of lower roller, lower roller bearing seat, lower roller open gear, lower roller sliding bearing, etc. The lower roller is the driving roller, and the torque is transmitted to the lower roller through the main drive output gear and the lower roller open gear. The material of the lower roller is 45# steel, heat-treated HRC48-52; the material of the lower roller gear is 45# steel. 3. Main drive The main transmission device consists of the main motor, gear reducer, brake and so on.
