Vertical planetary concrete mixer is mainly composed of transmission device, mixing device, discharging device, maintenance safety device,measuring device, cleaning device and so on.
1.Actuating device.
The transmission device adopts the company's specially designed hard gear reducer to drive.An elastic coupling or hydraulic coupler is installed between the motor and the reducer.
The power generated by the reducer makes the stirring arm do both rotation and revolution,and makes the scraper arm do revolution.Thus, the stirring motion has both revolution and rotation, the stirring motion track is complex, the stirring motion is strong, high efficiency, and the stirring quality is uniform.
2.Stirring apparatus:.
For mixing different materials, lining board can choose cast iron, Sweden imported HARDOX wear-resistant plate and high wear-resistant surfacing materials.The high nickel alloy stirring blade is more resistant to wear and tear, and the polyurethane blade is optional.
