Manufacturing Technique


1.All of our fishing & working boat are made of Marine-grade aluminum 5083-h116 with China Ship Classification society ( CCS )

2.Welding Specification : 
1) TIG and MIG are to be adopted for this ship . 
2) The ultrasonic inspection to be carried out for the
cross joint of seam and other important place .               
3) From 5083-H116 material to welding wires to welding use gas & experienced
qualified welders . 
4) The bottom is double bottom system and constructed on the longitudinal system of framing . 
5) Solid floors
will be provided at every frame station , the side transverse frames will be fitted at a space of 500mm ."

3.The Core Features Of Our safe Design 
1) The Whole hull structure Manual bilge pump system 
2) The underfloor fuel tank with cutoff valves and fuel inspection hose with
heavy duty fuel hoses . 
3) Balance testing , Flotation and deck water-Tight and flotation testing make sure 100% safe
