Answer: Yes, our battery pack includes BMS, mainly functions are: Over charge, over discharge, over current, short circuit and temperature protection.
Q5. How do you ship the batteries and how long will it take to arrive?
Answer: We can ship the batteries by Sea, by Air and by Express like UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
Normally shipping by Sea will take around 45-60 days to arrive; shipping by Air will take around 7-15 days.
Q6. What is your production lead time?
Answer: For battery cells will be around 7-10 days after payment received.
For samples, will be around 20-25 days after payment received.
For bulk orders, will be around 25-35 days after payment received.
