Production process flow of 3d dome epoxy resin / PU label
1. Respectively suck the crystal glue into the two vacuum storage tanks of the drip machine, calculate the volume ratio of the crystal glue according to the specific gravity of the crystal glue, and then set the flow of the drip machine. (Note: The volume ratio is different from the weight ratio, because the specific gravity of glue A and glue B may be different)
2. Keep glue A and glue B in the vacuum state respectively, start the glue dripping machine to put glue A and glue B into the mixing tank, and mix in vacuum.
3. Place the prepared substrate (such as silk printed label, trademark, etc.) under the emitter, and automatically drip glue. Generally, the thickness of the crystal glue layer is 1.5mm, and it can be naturally leveled (Note: the above process should be controlled within 10 minutes to avoid the increase of glue viscosity, which will lead to failure of operation. The PU glue gel time of mechanical glue dropping is shorter than that of manual operation, which is usually 30 minutes for gel, and 2 hours for manual gel).
4. 3-5 minutes after the crystal glue is dropped on the substrate, observe whether there are bubbles or dust particles on the glue surface. If there are small bubbles, puncture them with a pin. If there is a dead corner where the crystal glue has not flowed, extradite it with a pin.
5. The stickersmust be cured for 8 hours at room temperature of 20 ℃ - 30 ℃ in a dust-free workshop (if there is a workshop with dust, the drip sign will be opaque) to become crystal signs with hands free surface.
