work principle:

In high temperature and high pressure environment, the rubber is vulcanized and the whole vulcanization process is completed by using a new type of electric heating. The new stainless steel electrothermal tube sub-group N arranged in the tank wall, the high temperature fan through the temperature cycle plate to spread the heat from the back to the front evenly, pushed to the tank door, returned to the fan guide. Throughout the tank, the temperature is uniform and the pressure is constant, thus forming a working environment for tire vulcanization.
