Q1: Are you a trading company or factory?

A1:We're trading company with factory.We manufacture products by ourselves and we source from other collaborative factories too which guarantee a competitive price and product variety
Q2: How's your factory capacity?
A2: We have 2 white body production factories, 3 decoration factories, which can produce totally around 60 containers per week.

Q3: Can I get some samples?

A3:Free samples are available if they are ready in stock. You will bear the freight. Sampling charge is required if new mould to be developed or none ready item on hand.

Q4: How long for sampling?

A4: Usually, it is abt 7-15days and for special project, please discuss with us for further information.

Q5:Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

A5:We can make OEM and ODM items .Sample time is about 7-15 days.

Sample fee is charged according to the material, size and quantity of the product.

A7: Usually, it is 35-50days(order confirmed) which depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

A8: In generally, we quote FOBXiamenprice, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against copy of B/L
L/C at sight (if total order amount over $10,000). and Trade assurance order on alibaba.
