Usage:
1. Unscrew the fixing screw (A), move the positioning ruler (B) To adjust to the required paper size, and then tighten the fixing screw.
2. Pull the upper blade (movable blade) from the outside as shown in the figure, and separate the movable blade from the safety lock of the fixed blade. Remember to buckle it back to its original place after use to prevent accidents (such as cutting fingers when children are playing)
3. Put the paper on the left to the ruler (B), and put it on the top to (D). Make sure that the paper is in place so that the paper won't be crooked.
4. After the above three steps are completed, hold down the paper with the left hand and hold the handle with the right hand to cut it off. The whole cutting process is completed.
