The production of Toroidal Cores(Ring Cores) is finished by auto winding machines,there are four main lines of auto winding machines in our company to produce nano cores in diffrerent dimensions
Because nano cores are much soft,we have to choose methods to sealing them,we now provide epoxy coating(core height less than 30MM) and plastic boxes or metal boxes.
Application Information
Strip Wound Toroidal Core or Ring Core is widely used in transformers,audio amplifiers,sensors and inductors as the soft magnetic cores.Electrical Silicon Steel has high saturated flux desity over 2T and is quite suitble low grade and high burden split transformers while nanocrystalline is more suitable for higher grade applications.

107B Nanocrystalline is low loss,low Hc,high permeability,high square ratio.Mag-Amp made of 107B is excellebt economical for switching power.
Common Mode Filter Choke
Compared with ferrite,107B has higher Bs and permeability and loeer Hc and loss,it can help gain higher inductance with less wires.
