Description

JH-PCBA has a team dedicated to electronic components sourcing. Our supply chain comprises component manufacturers, authorized distributors, and brokers who specialize in hard to find components.

When we source electronic components for a project we know how many extra parts we need to order to complete the assembly. Any remaining parts are returned with the assembled boards. If a component cannot be found we could recommend a substitute but we will never source it without customer approval.

Component Size: 

Passive Component: we can accept components as small as 01005, 0201,0402.

BGA: We have the ability to handle BGA of 0.3mm pitch for rigid PCBs and 0.4mm for flex boards with X-ray testing. (The details can be confirmed according to the board design.) 

Fine Pitch Parts: we can assemble 0.3mm fine pitch parts.

 

Electronic components come in a multitude of different shapes and sizes, and not all of those shapes or sizes will fit neatly into convenient Tape-and-Reel, Cut Tape, Tube or Tray packaging. When none of these options will suffice, the final solution is bulk packaging, which refers to “loose” parts simply stored in a bag or box. We call these as Loose and Bulk Component Packaging.

Every batch components our IQC position will check following issues to make sure they are comply with our strict requirements.

components part number, brand, production date, parameter description, specifications whether compatible to real components according to BOM list.

shape (deformation, broken pin, oxidation etc), particularly for IC or other complex components

incoming components standard value, specifications, model number, accuracy, outline dimension whether compatible to design specifications.

 

Pin foot numbers and spacing checking: For SIP, IC,connector, button, inductor, IQC will check pin foot numbers, pin spacing according to pcb silkscreen character and pad location, to make sure incoming material correct and conformance
