A: We are a professional factory specialize in Soft cooler bag, Waterproof bag, Waterproof Backpack, Thermal insulation bag and utility bags for cycling etc. Factory had 10 years production experience.

Q2: What's your sample policy if I need my design?

A: For samples with RTS label, No MOQ. 1 pcs sample refundable against a bulk order or comment (with photos) after order completed. Customer will afford the sample freight.

B: For customized design/logo will charge accordingly, the sample fee could be refunded after the bulk order. Sample lead time is 3-10 days depends on the technics or materials.

Q3: What's your minimum order quantity for customized order?

A: Our MOQ is 100 pieces per item for customized or logo design. Details will base on the outer material type or color required.Our design team can make the design / color convert according to your idea.

Q4: What's the production lead time?

A: Normally, 40-50 days after the deposit received and all the details specifications confirmed.

Q5: How do you control your products' quality?

A: We have our own QA team who doing 100% inspection for the products before packing. Customers can also send your QC team or third party to do inspection before shipping.

Q6: What’s your payment term?

A: Bulk order with 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipment; Payment against Alibaba trade assurance order. Accept credit card, T/T, western union etc.
