4.How long will it take to get my order? Production Time(On Time Guarantee): Normal production is 8-12 business days after all
approval, depending on the product. Rush Production (Guaranteed On Time Production): Rush production is 1-7 business days after
all approvals. All orders required for sure-dated events must be discussed
with JCBasic before a firm commitment is made, and must be indicated on the sales order. Orders requiring proof approval must
respond within the time designated or the order may be delayed and incur additional charges.
5.If I place two orders on the same day, will they be shipped together? If you place two orders on the same day and shipping to
the same address, we will try to ship them together. 6.Can I upgrade my shipping? Absolutely! During the checkout process you’ll
be able to select from a few shipping options and will see an estimated delivery date. Please take turnaround times into account
when placing your order. For example, if you pay for overnight shipping this does not mean that it will reach you the next day, we
still need time to make your order )
7. Do you offer Pantone color matching? This is usually something we can do, but it depends on the product! Please reach out to us
with your custom PMS color and what product you would like it on and we can make sure it’s possible and give you the costs
