1-HOW DO YOU WASH THE PERIOD PANTIES ?
To extend the life of your underwear, wash by hand or hand rinse then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

2-HOW MUCH IS THE SAMPLE  ?How is the shipping cost ?

Development cost is 10 usd per pcs per design and unit cost is 5 usd for available samples .If you would like to custom print your samples ,there will be printing mould fee which is 50 usd per design .

Shipping :We have our own Fedex account which enjoys good discount .Lead time is 5-7 days to Europe .If you would like cheaper option ,we can send the goods via E-packet and lead time will be longer ,about 15-25 days .

3-HOW IS THE LIFESPAN of THE PERIOD PANTY ?
Around 50 times of washing .

4-HOW MUCH LIQUID DO THEY HOLD?
Each model can be made into different absorbency levels by using different materials and layers of fabrics .We have absorbency level from 10-50ML .Kindly advise the absorbency level you like and we shall advise, thanks .

5-Can I CUSTOMIZE PAPER BGA/COLOR BOX WITH MY OWN DESIGN?
Pls send over the designs and we shall check the MOQ required for it ,thanks .Otherwise for small qty under 1000 pcs ,we will use our biodegradable bags to pack the panties .

6-HOW TO CUSTOMIZE MY BRAND LOGO ON PRODUCTS?
MOQ is different for different techniques.

For small quantity like 300-500pcs, we suggest printing your logo onto hang tags or wash care tags.
For quantity of 1000-2000pcs, we suggest small label tag sewn onto the side of the panty or under the elastic bands on the waist.
If you would like your brand name or logo woven onto the elastic bands, MOQ will be at least 3000 pcs .
