1. TIANLANG brand waste incinerator adopts the most advanced method:
one-stage pyrolysis gasification + surround wind con-firing + secondary incineration + burn-out incineration technology.
Incinerators reduce the solid mass of the original waste by 80-85% and the volume reduced by 95-96%.The highest temperature of incinerator running can reach 1100-1300℃，which can achieve the effect of sterilization and disinfection.There will be no black smoke,no smell,no pollution after be burning.
2. Incinerator structure
The waste incinerator use Dual combustion chambers, two burners are designed as shown in the picture.
Compared with direct combustion furnace and other furnaces, the gasification incinerator has very little dust generation, and a secondary burner and a circumferential air supply device are arranged in the secondary mixing combustion chamber. At a high temperature of 1100-1300 degrees Celsius,the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned, and the gas generated by the gasifier can be mixed with the air with high efficiency to prevent the carbon material in the gas flame from escaping and late burning.
When the flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber,the combustion mode is adopted such as tangential entry and tangential entry of the combustion air,so that the flue gas can be fully combusted again in the second combustion chamber ,and the flue gas is used for dust removal. The residence time of the incineration flue gas in the furnace is more than 2 seconds, so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustible material in the fly ash are completely incinerated.
