A: Generally, we pack soft magnetic iron cores with standard carton(unit weight less than 30kg) and wooden box(unit weight over 30 kg).
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Total amount ≤ USD1000, 100% pay in advance. 1000<Total amount <USD10000, 50% T/T in advance and the rest will be finished before shipping ,Total Amout>USD 10000,50% T/T in advance and the rest will be finished before shipping by T/T or LC.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW,FOB, CIF From Shanghai Port
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on standar soft magnetic iron cores or not.
Q5. Can you provide customized samples?
A: Yes, we can do it.We can professional technical team to help customers to develop new transformer iron cores or inductor cores.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We actually don't provide free samples unless the basis cost is tiny, and the customers have to provide freight accournt to choose freight collection or pay the express cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
