Mould
The mould is made of high quality alloy steel, with high activity throttling device, so that the distribution pressure of raw material flow in the die is uniform, the upper and lower die differential adjustment, to ensure the uniform thickness of the upper and lower wall.
Vacuum calibrating table
Heating exchanging refrigeration system of quick speed in calibrating system alternate effectively with vacuum system, which ensures calibrating precision. Vacuum system composes two independent subsystems and each is equipped with several fixed
circulating vacuum lines of three-point type. Meanwhile, each line carries vacuum regulating system and vacuum display system that realize even and stable vacuum degree of plate surface.

Haul-off machine
There are two groups of tractors. The first group of tractors is of high-power, large reduction ratio, multi-roller type, which has excellent low-speed dynamic performance and large tractive force, and can synchronously and evenly pull the board out of the vacuum setting table. The second group of tractors cooperate to remove product stress. It is also equipped with a trimming device to ensure the effective width and edge quality of the board.
Corona treatment device
Effectively improve the surface tension of the material. By treating the material with high frequency corona discharge, the surface is more easily attached to the material bond, ink and coating.
