NT140WHM-N31 (product code: BOE0696) is a 14.0-inch LCD module product using a-Si TFT-LCD technology launched by BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. (BOE, BOE), which is equipped with WLED backlight, including LED driver backlight driver, no touch. According to the Rev.A product specification released by BOE on November 3, 2015, the NT140WHM-N31 has a display resolution of 1366 (RGB) ×768 (WXGA), an aspect ratio of 16:9 (width:height), and pixels arranged in RGB vertical strips. It has a display area size of 309.399×173.952 (width × height) mm, an appearance size of 320.4×205.1 (width × height) ×3 (thickness) mm, a mirror finish (Haze 0%), a net weight of 275g (Max.) and a thin screen (PCBA straight, thickness ≤ 3.2mm). In terms of backlight, this product adopts 9S3P WLED light-emitting side-entry light source, which has a service life of 15K hours and includes LED driver.
