Q2 Can I print my own logo and customize color?
A: Yes, customize color and logo are welcome, please send us the vector files for the logo and tell us the PMS number. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample cost is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,DHL or ARAMEX. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge across T/T, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5 days to arrive.
Q3 What format of the logo file do you need if l want my own design?
A: We have our own designer in house, so you can provide JPG, Al, Cdr, PDF, AI, PSD etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on printing techniques.
Q4 May I get a sample?
A:Sure, we can send you a sample first, and you just need to pay some sample cost and express freight, but the sample cost is refundable when the products you ordered reach a certain amount and large quantities.

A: Yes,we have plenty of experience in OEM developing, Customer's OEM projects are welcome.
