Answer: Usually our MOQ is 100pcs per item. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

Answer: Sure.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FedEx,UPS,TNT or DHL.If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not,
you can pay the freight charge to Alibaba or Paypal,we will ship with our account.It takes about 2-7days to reach.

Question: How long is the sample lead time?
Answer: For existing samples, it takes 1-3days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7days,subject to your designs whether
they need new printing screen,etc.Anyway,we will response fast to your request.

Question: How long is the production lead time?
Answer: It takes 10-15 days for MOQ.We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large
quantity.

Question: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Answer: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, PSD, AI, CDR or PDF,etc.

Question: How many colors are available?
Answer: We match colors with Pantone, so you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we
will recommend some popular colors to you.

Question: Which kind of certificate would you have?
Answer: BSCI, SEDEX, SGS, ITS, BV, ect.

Question: What is your payment term?
Answer: Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.
