5 years for battery; 1 year for whole cars
Q2:How much does your cost per kilometre ?
0.3USD/100KM.
Q3:Can you supply spare parts for the electric car?
Yes, we can supply all the parts for electric car, all frame,chassis was produced by our factory.
Q4:How much time is required to fully charge ?
It would depend upon the battery and charger, but standard lithium battery would take around 6h to charge with a 12A charger, if a higher rating charger is used it may damage the batteries and reduce the life of batteries considerably, using recommended charger is advisable.

Q5. Do you have products in stock?
A: Mostly no. All products are to be produced according to your order including samples.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 10 to 20 days to finish an order. Exact delivery time would be confirmed by further communication.
Q7. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay courier cost.
Q8: What are your terms of packing?
40ft load 6 or 8 sets,40HQ can load 12 or 16sets.
