Product Introduction:

 

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a polymer formed by the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) under the action of an initiator or a polymerization reaction mechanism under the action of light and heat.

Lanboom provides environmentally-friendly grade PVC granules and ordinary grade PVC granules, which are divided into transparent granules, high temperature resistant granules and low temperature resistant granules.

 

Temperature range: -40~100℃

Characteristic

The natural color is yellowish, translucent, and shiny; PVC is an amorphous high polymer with no obvious melting point. It has plasticity when heated to 120-150 °C. There are also various processing methods, such as pressing, extrusion, injection molding, coating, etc. layer etc.

Application

• Using an extruder, it can be extruded into hoses, cables, wires, etc.;


• Using an injection molding machine with various molds, it can be made into plastic sandals, soles, slippers, toys, auto parts, etc. 


• Various packaging materials such as containers, films and rigid sheets. 


• Used to make all kinds of imitation leather for luggage, basketball, football and rugby.


• Coated products, making suitcases, bags, book covers or floor coverings for buildings.


• Can be used as shock-proof cushioning packaging materials


• Casters, bumpers, mats, conveyor belts, etc.
